The Santa Fe Laboratory exists to evaluate dysautonomias and movement disorders with reproducible protocols, in children, adolescents, and adults in Mexico and Latin America, without lowering the international standard. The family is part of the process.

M.D., Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México. Residencies in Internal Medicine and Neurology at the Instituto Nacional de Ciencias Médicas y Nutrición Salvador Zubirán. Clinical fellowship in neurodegenerative disease and movement disorders at the Instituto Nacional de Neurología y Neurocirugía.
Post-doctoral research fellowship at the Dysautonomia Center, NYU Grossman School of Medicine, and an MDS-PAS visiting traineeship at the University of Cincinnati Movement Disorders Clinic.
His clinical and research work focuses on neurogenic orthostatic hypotension, pure autonomic failure, synucleinopathy phenoconversion, and the standardization of autonomic testing for Latin American settings.
